We take utmost care to pack our products, though rarely if, you receive damaged/defective products or a product that is not the same as per your order, do write to us within 48 hours from the date of receipt of products with a few images. We will exchange the product at no extra cost.
Order cancellation

Return
Once you decide, please take utmost care while returning the product to our warehouse. Our customer support team will gladly guide you in packing the products you wish to return/exchange.
Refund
For every order cancelled, a refund will be processed via your original mode of payment. We offer a refund in terms of a credit note. This credit note will be valid for 3 months and you can use this credit in your next purchase on tripuracraftco.in
